Barbara Allushuski, Vice President, Right Management

Barbara Allushuski is President of Southfield-based Right Management, a Manpower Company. Prior to joining Right Management, she served as Managing Principal and Worldwide Partner, William M. Mercer Inc in Detroit. Some of Barbara's previous positions include: Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Interim Career Consulting, Vice President of Human Resources for Little Caesar Enterprise, Senior Corporate Vice President for AAA Michigan and Manager, Contract Administration & Arbitration for General Motors Corporation. Ms. Allushuski has more than 25 years of experience in various executive and managerial positions in all aspects of corporate human resources, including executive compensation, employee benefits, organizational development, labor relations and talent management. She was named to "Who's Who of Metro Detroit" by Crain's Detroit Business. Allushuski is also active in the American Heart Association, having served as chairperson of the 2005 Go Red for Women annual event. She is Chairman of the Board of the Detroit Regional Chamber, and is a member of the Board of Level One Bank, the Detroit Renaissance Club, and serves on the athletic committee of the Detroit Athletic Club and the Human Resources Committee of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra . She is a past board member of Wayne/Westland YWCA, Michigan Metro Girl Scouts, American Society of Employers, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Henry Ford Health System , and SelectCare, Inc. Allushuski graduated cum laude with a bachelors degree in economics from Ohio University. Additionally, she completed the Wharton School of Business, Executive Development Program.
