Kathy Horton, Principal Partner Planning and Essbase Practice, The Hackett Group

Kathy is currently heads up Planning and Essbase practice for the Hackett Group. The Hackett Group (NASDAQ: HCKT), a global strategic business advisory and operations improvement consulting firm, is a leader in best practice advisory, business benchmarking, and transformation consulting services including strategy and operations, working capital management, and globalization advice. Using best practices and implementation insights from more than 5,000 benchmarking engagements, executives use The Hackett Group's empirically based approach to quickly define and implement initiatives to enable world-class performance. Previously Kathy was a technical executive at Edgewater Ranzal, one of the largest Oracle Hyperion Practices in the US. She began her technical career at Comshare, and then moved to Arbor Software where she managed the pre-sales organization for the Central Region. Kathy later joined Hyperion Solutions, where she built up a global organization supporting Business Intelligence solutions. After Hyperion was purchased by Oracle, Kathy led Oracle's team of global product experts in Business Intelligence and Performance Management applications that engaged in pre-sales activities for large scale opportunities and field training.
