Linda Paullin-Hebden is a Partner at Warner, Norcross & Judd in their Southfield, MI office. She serves as General Counsel to BELLE Capital, LP. Linda's practice areas include corporate matters and securities. She has been involved in numerous complex corporate mergers and acquisitions involving both public and closely held corporations, as well as municipal bond offerings. She has served as securities compliance adviser to several publicly held corporations and registered investment advisers and as an adviser to closely held corporations and nonprofit entities. Linda also is chair of the Firm's Woman-Owned Business Enterprise Practice Group. She earned her bachelors at Alma College and her JD cum laude from Wayne State University. She was named to Michigan Super Lawyers in 2010.
