Lisa A. Payne, Vice Chairman & CFO, Taubman Center Inc.

Lisa A. Payne is vice chairman and chief financial officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. She also serves as a director of the company. Ms. Payne joined the company in 1997 from her position as vice president of Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division. Her 10 years of service with Goldman Sachs included broad real estate experience in the areas of acquisition and development financing, merger and acquisition advisories, as well as public and private debt and equity offerings. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs she was a vice president in Chemical Bank's real estate department.

Ms. Payne is a member of the board of directors of Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS), a trustee of the Munder Funds and serves on The Board of Trustees for Cranbrook Schools. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Payne is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Administration.
