Sonali Vijayavargiya’s areas of expertise include finance and marketing. She started her career in the commercial banking industry where she help fund in excess of $125 M expansion and new projects in the IT, automotive, pharmaceutical and engineering sectors. Sonali then moved into investment banking where she successfully raised in excess of $100 million in multiple rounds of private equity capital for a number of businesses.

Ms. Vijayavargiya’s competency lies in defining and developing business models based on rigorous technology road mapping, growth milestone mapping, market research and developing critical understanding of key financial drives. She has extensive experience developing financial models, determining business valuations, and writing investor related documents such as business plans, executive summaries and investor presentations. Ms. Vijayavargiya has represented several of her clients in strategic negotiations with collaborators, bankers, angel investors and venture capitalists.

Sonali holds an MBA form the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Fergusson College.
