Jan Eddy, Chairman, First Business Bank, former CEO Wingra Technologies

Jan Eddy founded and served as President, CEO and Chairman of Wingra Technologies, an angel-backed developer and distributor of email related software, from 1991 to 2005 when it was sold to Quest Software. Previously Ms. Eddy was the president, CEO and Chairman of Office Solutions, Inc, a venture-backed software company, until its sale to Software Publishing in 1988. Ms. Eddy is a Director of First Business Financial Services (FBIZ), and serves as chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, is a member of the Compensation Committee and has served previously on the Audit Committee. Ms. Eddy also served as Chairman of First Business Bank, the largest banking subsidiary of First Business Financial Services, for ten years. Ms. Eddy was a director of DEMCO for over fifteen years, and served as the first chairperson of its newly formed holding company, Wall Family Enterprise, from 2006-2009. Ms. Eddy continues her involvement in many business, non-profit, and economic development efforts including as a director of the Wisconsin Technology Council and the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital Foundation. Ms. Eddy is also co-chair of the Technology Council for Phenomenelle Angels Fund, and serves on Phenomenelle Angel Fund's Investment Committee.
